A driving force in the Jackson Hole and the greater Rocky Mountain hospitality world, Gavin Fine opened his first restaurant, Rendezvous Bistro, at the age of 26. After expanding into the catering world, Gavin and his business partner went on to create Fine Dining Restaurant Group, including celebrated restaurants and businesses Bistro Catering, Bin22, The Bistro, Il Villaggio Osteria, The Kitchen, Bodega, Cream + Sugar ice cream and Bovine & Swine craft meats.
